These SMS Terms apply to the UpBuilders Ops text messaging program operated by UpBuilders LLC.
Program description
UpBuilders Ops sends low-volume, two-way operational text messages to employees, subcontractors, and other authorized project participants who expressly opt in. Messages may include job status questions, scheduling and readiness updates, requests for confirmed facts, follow-up reminders, and responses to inbound questions.
Consent and enrollment
Participants may opt in verbally during onboarding or active-job coordination. Before enrollment, UpBuilders explains the program, expected message frequency, message and data rate notice, how to get help, how to stop messages, and where to find these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Enrollment occurs only after the participant clearly agrees to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with active work and is typically 1–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact ops@upbuildyou.com.
Privacy
We handle your information as described in the UpBuilders Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes or termination
UpBuilders may change or discontinue the program. Material changes will be reflected in these Terms by updating the effective date. You may opt out at any time.
